CoreWeb Solutions Inc. uses a proven methodology to develop and deploy software solutions. Our process is iterative and interactive. We work closely with each client to ensure that everyone agrees on the goals of the project, the deliverables, and how success will be defined. We have found that our process is key to providing a well-defined set of deliverables, ensuring timely project completion, and, ultimately, delivering a solution that allows our customers to achieve their business goals.

Each project is divided into four sequential phases: Vision, Analysis, Development, and Implementation.

phase one: Vision
During the first phase, we work with you to clearly define the project goals and deliverables. We clarify the objectives for each phase, and set out schedules as well as major project milestones. By confirming the objectives and a project plan, all parties start the process with a common vision and set of expectations.

phase two: Analysis
In this phase, comprehensive site requirements are established to lay the foundation for the solution. Graphic prototype of application's appearance is also designed at this time. All completed requirements and prototype are reviewed by the parties prior to the launch of the construction phase.

phase three: Development
The full application is built during the construction phase. Components and features are developed, integrated and totally tested with an emphasis on managing resources and obtaining incremental feedback from you, the client. This ensures that the end product meets or exceeds your expectations. You review the completed application in order to give your approval.

phase four: Implementation
After final approval, the application is launched. This is more, however, than just "going live"; CoreWeb Solutions Inc. helps you achieve self-sustainability for any functions you may be administering yourself.
